1.SSS provides key words search to get your products quickly and accurately. When you log in SSS website, typing the key words about products, some relative products will be shown on the screen.
2.You can use image search to find your products by downloading products pictures when browsing the website after registration. Click the camera icon and choose the pictures from your computer that you downloaded before. You can find many suppliers on our website and choose one to place your order.
3.Another way for search is by copying the link from 1688 and paste it in SSS search box. It will skip to the order page.
1.The information of products will be shown on order page, then you can add your products into cart. Note that there will be quantity demands.
2.When you are adding products to cart, you need to set your receiver information. It can be yourself, or other receivers, even you can ship to your customers directly. Please fill out their information correctly. There are added values for you to choose: quantity inspection or shoebox removal. If you need our staff to check your products quantity when collected, please tick it. If you need remove shoebox to reduce the volumetric weight, you can tick “Remove shoebox” but there will be the risk of abrasion, such as high-heel shoes.
3.Under the “orders – cart” page, please tick the products you want to pay in the cart and click “pay selected” button. Then you will go to payment page. If your account is insufficient, please recharge before pay. For the details of recharge, please look at “Recharge“ part. After recharging, you can go on for paying on recharge page or go to the cart page for paying. If you have enough money, please pay directly.
1.Please recharge your account under the recharge page. Here is our bank account number and branch, please fill out your ref. number correctly. Usually it takes 0-2 days for bank processing. Please contact your business consultant if it takes more than 3 days.
2.After you recharge money into the account, you can check your account bill under the account. Here is your balance, income and expenditure.
1.When your account is charged with money, you can pay for goods under the “orders - cart” page. Please click “confirm and pay”. After you pay successfully, you can check your order details under the “orders” page.
2.Under the collected page, you can check which products have been collected in Chinese warehouses.

2.Then skip to choose transport service: 1/8000 economical air freight or fast air freight When you submit, the freight charge will show on screen. If your balance is insufficient, the system will let you recharge. Go to recharge page and charge money into your account before payment.
3.After you submit and recharge, please pay the shipping fee. When we receive the freight and your shipping fee, we will arrange international logistics within 2 days
1.Track your logistics in China You can find the status of your products which have been paid under the “Orders – Purchase” page. Under the “Orders – collected” page, you can track which parcel has been collected in Chinese warehouse.

If you do not meet these requirements we are still liable to furnish SARS with your ID number in order to obtain clearance.
As from 9 August 2018 we will need every consignee to provide us with their South African Importer's Code OR South African ID number to finalise the clearance.
As a supplier, once you have placed an order, we will inform you immediately as to whether the consignee needs an importers code or identity number in the event that the information is not on file. We will also undertake to contact the consignee to obtain this information in order to complete the clearance procedures and ensure that we keep a record of these details for future transactions. In respect of consignees who only provide ID numbers, the system will only clear orders three times per year provided the total value does not exceed R50,000 per year.
Here are the steps to apply Importer's Code：
1)Get bank statement for proof of bank account (auto bank statement is fine).
2)Make a copy of your ID.
3)Get proof of residence (water and lights statement).
4)Get proof of your cell phone or land line number (statement or write an affidavit as proof).
5)Write an application letter stating that you want to apply for an importers code.
6)Get your ID, Proof of residence, cell phone number (statement or Affidavit) and application letter certified at the police station.
7)Get a printout from a S.A.R.S revenue office of your income tax number.
8)Go to the customs offices with all your documentation.

Storage free period： 60 days, calculated from the order status of "collected". After the free storage period ends：
1. The storage rate for 1 order is R10 per day per cubicmeter( at least R1) in the first month, and R20 in the second month.
2. If you have not submitted parcel delivery order or offered no feedback after further 30 days, the items will be automatically deem abandoned and processed as overdue (in this case, SSS will have the ownership of it).
To guarantee the benefits of clients, we publish compensation standards for solving the parcel problems when clients are under our services. We give following situations of parcel problems and our solutions.
If clients cancel the order before outbound, we will help you to cancel the order online, but the service fee is not refundable. Products that have been outbound cannot be canceled. Please refer to option A in the Compensation Standards table below for specific compensation policies.
If you find your whole parcel missing several items, please take pictures with the weight number and send them to your consultant. Your consultant will help you check which process went wrong. Weight shortage of products can be the sellers’ problems or logistics problems, so please provide information as much as possible to your consultant. If the problems are caused by the sellers, we will communicate with the sellers on your behalf. However, we cannot promise that you will get 100% compensation from sellers and in time. For specific details, please refer to option B in the table below. Therefore, we suggest that you tick quality inspection when placing your order to reduce the risk of shortage. In this case, if the problems still appear, the sellers and SSS will take responsibilities. For detail, please refer to the option C in the table below.
If your whole parcel was lost during the shipping, the logistics suppliers will take responsibilities. We can help you communicate with them, but the time of the completion of the compensation cannot be guaranteed. Different logistics companies have different compensation standards. Generally, they refund the freight, but the compensation for the value of goods is very limited. You need to wait for 1-3 months to finish compensation. To improve the efficiency of your compensation, we provide SSS compensation Terms & Condition. We compensate for 80% of your shipping fee and 15% of products value and Chinese freight. Besides, we give refund of purchasing fee and foreign exchange fee. The specific added value can be referred to as option D in the table below.
