How to recharge ?

Step1:Choose“Online Payment”or“Bank Transfer”

Step2:If you choose“Online Payment”, first enter the amount to be recharged. The system will display Total amount and Process Fee according to your payment method(Credit Cad or Instant EFT)

Step3:If you choose”Bank Transfer”, the system will display bank account information and each customer's exclusive Ref.number(everyone has a Ref.number,they are differnt, please don't change it). You can transfer rand via NEDBANK Bank.

Tips :

If the money is not in your account for 2 days, it is likely that you have the wrong ref code.

You need to provide proof of payment and email it to us.
