Step1：Choose“Online Payment”or“Bank Transfer”
Step2：If you choose“Online Payment”, first enter the amount to be recharged. The system will display Total amount and Process Fee according to your payment method（Credit Cad or Instant EFT）
Step3：If you choose”Bank Transfer”, the system will display bank account information and each customer's exclusive Ref.number(everyone has a Ref.number,they are differnt, please don't change it). You can transfer rand via NEDBANK Bank.
If the money is not in your account for 2 days, it is likely that you have the wrong ref code.
You need to provide proof of payment and email it to us.
